You also don't have to get out on the highway to get to shopping and restaurants. With very few homes on the ocean in this area, there's rarely a crowd on the beach. The lots in this subdivision are almost twice as wide as average so you get good ocean views between the houses. This home has been well maintained and is the classic "H" floor plan.
